There is a massive disenchantment in America due to a Trifecta of Misery in American politics. The causes are:
1: The growing inequality between the haves and the have nots.
2: The disease of obstructionism, or the belief that politicians who are now in office are so enchanted with ideology and political confrontations that they are unable or unwilling to perform the tasks essential for the maintenance of our government.
3: The refusal of the various forms of media of all sorts to put honest and truthful information ahead of random events, baseless assumptions and simple-minded prejudices.
